They started the job on the day they committed. When the workers began they took great care to ensure that outdoor areas and landscape was very protected. The roofers were very courteous and were all business in getting the job done right and timely. There were no hidden costs compared to the quote. Once the job was complete they were diligent to make sure there was no waste left behind. They took the time to do a final inspection the following day. Overall a very good experience. They even came and dropped off a few materials without charge a few years later when I finally was able to do another home repair. I get the impression that they’re a small, family run business as they were very quick to come out when I thought the roof might be leaking (it wasn’t) but less quick when I called for materials. They seemed busy but never dismissive and they came through above and beyond when they could as they did it all without charge. They didn’t have to do that.
