This company did a great job 4 years ago on replacing my roof as well as fixing my chimney. So far so good! Additionally, they have been very responsive to any questions I’ve had over the years. They even came and dropped off a few materials without charge a few years later when I finally was able to do another home repair. I get the impression that they’re a small, family run business as they were very quick to come out when I thought the roof might be leaking (it wasn’t) but less quick when I called for materials. I called CNY to clean my gutters—I had an overflow problem in one corner that was washing out everything on the ground. They were very responsive at the office and I had an appointment within a few days. Paul and Andrew came to clean the gutters. They were prompt and very polite—so nice!They put a lot of effort into finding out where the clog was but they got it figured out. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them and would definitely recommend Paul and Andrew!
100% pleased with outcome of roof replacement. Called last week, Zach from CNY Roofing came out and gave me a very completive bid. One week later we have a beautiful Corning Owens asphalt shingled roof. The CNY crew was awesome and answered any question I had during the installation process. Excellent job of after installation clean up. I highly recommend CNY Roofing.
