Over the weekend, a sprinkler malfunctioned at our office, necessitating the call for commercial services. By Monday afternoon, we were up and running thanks to the industrial equipment they brought in, which prevented us from losing business days. The group was productive and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. The severity of the situation was unknown to our staff.

I honestly had no idea where to begin after a minor kitchen problem resulted in smoke damage. The personnel arrived, calmly evaluated the situation, and started working right away. It significantly lessened the tension in the circumstance.

The damage from a small kitchen fire was overwhelming, even though there was more smoke than flames. These guys arrived, inspected everything, and promptly began cleaning up. Now that things are back to normal, I'm really glad I didn't have to figure everything out on my own.

We had a house fire on August 1, 2025. Our insurance had Servepro SW Onondaga come in to clean up the smoke and water damage. They called after the fire and said they would come in and set up fans to dry everything out and pack up the damaged stuff and leave it better than it was before they came. They ended up not coming until 3 weeks after the fire after everything had sat wet for the entire time and even though they said they would pack everything up and put it in a storage container in the front yard, instead they put all the wet, smoke smelling furniture and items from the bedroom that had the fire into my living room that was not damaged at all, so all the wet mildew smelling stuff was put on my living room furniture that was good and it is now ruined also and the living room floor was moldy from the wet mattress. They tore out the ceilings and insulation from the ceiling and left. My insurance adjuster called to ask if they were done with demo and I explained what happened. When we saw the bill from them they had charged over 16000.00 to the insurance company for a generator, storage container, deodorizing the house, removing the flooring and walls and so many other things that were never done. They were called by the insurance company to find out what was going on and they said they were coming back. They did come back long enough to remove my bedroom furniture from the living room. load it in their vehicle and leave, which I now have no pictures of or anything to show what they removed to claim for the insurance to reimburse. I am so disappointed with this company, having a house fire is stressful enough and I trusted them and now am left with a bigger mess than before they started, ruined furniture and my house still smells like smoke 3 months later...

DO NOT RECOMMEND!**Not sure if it was this station or the two others located in the area: north or east Onondaga servpro but either way the experience was TERRIBLE! Paid them in advanced and they took 4-5 months to get our 2 repairs taken care. WE had to check in periodically since we never heard any updates. The times we checked in all we got was -we have a contractor, they will reach out to you today or tomorrow to get the work done( they never reached out because the contractors quit because this company does not pay their workers). After 4-5 months of waiting, a sub contractor came out to do the work after he was waiting for payment from servpro. He wasn't going to start the work until he got paid. The final walk through stated we would get the whole ceiling replaced since we paid for that- that did not happen- they only patched up the water damage spot and did not replace the whole ceiling. For what we paid and what they said they would do, did not add up which is disappointing. And ontop of everything they said we owed them more money for stuff that was never discussed or signed off on. Completely blindsided! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Take your money somewhere else or do it yourself if you're capable of doing so, we sure wish we did.

We had a small about of water damaged drywall from the past winter in two places in our home. When I called, the estimator came out within my schedule and was prompt. When the numbers were in he came back for payment and I was told I should hear from them in a few weeks..... over the next four months I had to reach out multiple time for updates on when work would start. The first guy quit, the second had emergency surgery, and the third quit as well (I'm sympathetic to staffing issues but I was never reached out to.) Finally we get a contractor in the house, turns out he's not with servpro and they subed him. At this point I don't care, I just want it done. When I was talking to the estimator, he made me feel like I was getting new walls but the contractor said he was there to patch and clean them up. Should of protested but again... I just wanted it done (to be fair, the contractor did an amazing job.) Currently looking at my paperwork and I was charged ~250$ for debris hauling/removal.... nothing was taken out of my house except maybe drywall dust from sanding. If you've got a small job, look elsewhere. I wish I found the contractor myself and saved some cash... I'm sure servpro took a cut for nothing but draging there feet.

I contacted mold remediation after noticing some wet areas and mold in the bathroom. The experts were thorough and provided clear explanations of the procedure. It was a huge relief to feel safe and clean in the restroom once more.
