First my dryer a couple of months ago, then my washer stopped working. When I priced new ones I got sticker shocked. So, I figured a Hail Mary couldn't hurt. John Semple said that it would cost $125 for him to come out and do a diagnosis. Within 10 minutes he had the dryer up and running, including reattaching the vent and cleaning it out. About 20 minutes later, my washer was back in business. Apparently, the locking mechanism needed to be replaced after I had tried to forcefully open it, instead of unplugging and waiting an hour for the timer to time out.

This is my first time having to call for an appliance repair and Mr. Semple was so nice and fast! He made a same day appointment for my dryer and I will use again in the future if anything else needs fixing! Great person, service and a very fair price! 10/10 recommend!
