When I originally bought my computer in store I received great service. Then when I ran into a problem I called geek squad (which I had payed for) and talked to a man named Mark. He was extremely rude when speaking to me and directing me with my issue. When I said I didn't wanna buy what he recommended ($640) he was extremely rude to me. So if you speak to a "Mark" when calling Geek Squad maybe try and transfer to someone else. He was trying to scam me out of money purely for commission it seemed.

Excellent tech service provided and successfully installed my go desktop ?️ computer ? and transferred dee as ta successfully and also installed my newly purchased monitor keyboard wireless and wireless printer ?️ and web camera ? amen ?

Geek Squad was an easy, smooth experience . They certainly know what they are doing. Before I took my blank-screen laptop in, I got a call to make sure I couldn't handle adjust the problem myself without coming in. Wow. They finished the problem in record time.Highly recommend (this was the DeWitt. NY. Located inside Best Buy)
