Great service, great conversation. Small shop, single chair and a great old school guy providing great service. Rocky is one of the iconic barbers of the city. He is still located on the South side of Syracuse.
Mr. Rocky has and is brings such a home like and pleasant atmosphere to the Southside. Each year since my Poppi died :we go by just say thank you ..We appreciate you and all you do for Southside..James Floyd family aka Boone?
