Oh my god what they are saying is true - - clean, friendly, dark room, TV lounge, shower, sauna, gym, enough parking. Plenty of young men as well. They provide flip-flops and condoms. Bring lube or buy from there. They also sell douche bulb on site which is interesting.

Beautiful place in Syracuse. I discovered this amazing Men’s gym while on a trip from Buffalo to NYC. Syracuse is a wonderful place and the Red Gym Mens Club is one of the best things for men in the city. Close to I-81, this gym has the cleanest sauna and steam room. Joe is amazing and keeps the entire place spotlessly clean. The patio is another jewel on the crown. There is a mixed crowd of men and they talk respectfully .. never felt out of place. You have the options of renting a locker or a room and the room is the best choice. It’s a lovely private safe place by wonderful men for other men. We definitely need more of these in America. This is a very nice, clean quality sauna. Friendly staff, comfortable quality design, clean, good use of space with a lot of cool spaces to “run into” someone. Very nice surprise. Too bad more cities in America don’t have this opportunity.
