It is illegal to demand that customers pay for a service before it is provided. This was my first visit, and the Asian woman and man here were not friendly. I was asked what I wanted and given a mask and pointed to a seat. When the woman was ready, she was very curt. She barked out orders to me, telling me to move up more as she pointed to a sign that said that I must pay in advance. Then, she continued to rant that their shop has been there 50 years, which is a lie since I am a native of Syracuse, and everyone has always paid in advance. Rude. Never been there before and was never told that white tips cost more. Was told after the tips were applied. Tips also didn't cover the original nail. Definitely will not be going back.

Thick acrylics. Cut my finger even after I told them to be careful with that one after they over-buffed it on the first pass. Did not say sorry at first. They definitely rush through to get to the next customer. Also, the prices they charge aren't the prices posted... for anything. This place also has ventilation issues - very fumey.
