We worked with David Tessier, who was knowledgeable and patient while we worked through which style and look made the most sense for us. After David personally delivered our order, we realized we should have order LVT instead of laminate. It was a hassle-free exchange. We have returned here to get 6 rooms full of luxury vinyl tile after doing our first floor with National about 4 years ago. Dean was informative and offered a customized buying experience. The installation was professional and management was on-site for feedback. The business manager, Amy was very knowledgeable and advised us of financing options. Now we have a home full of new flooring and we're very happy. They even adjusted their schedule to accommodate our family. I don't plan on going anywhere else...first rate all the way.
