AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!! I haven't seen my Mom since December living in separate states! I called Kimberly to pay for my mom's haircut. I asked Kimberly if she had any flowers to give to her. She didn't.
What she dis next was amazing. My Mom called me after her haircut to thank me for the flowers and haircut!

Kim is so nice and friendly. She truly makes every visit a great experience. I always get exactly what I ask for, and she’s incredibly patient, making sure she fully understands what I want before getting started. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to leave feeling confident and happy with their hair.
What I love most is how she always goes the extra mile. Whether it’s taking time to adjust something or checking in throughout the appointment, she makes sure I’m comfortable and satisfied every step of the way. Best haircut / style I've gotten in Syracuse!!!! This was my first visit and Kim nailed exactly what I wanted - that's been a rarity for me because of my fine hair. I'm so happy!
