I stopped in today to get my glasses adjusted and they did a great job. The best part was the atmosphere - they were friendly and made jokes and you could tell the people enjoy working there. Will definitely be back!

As a new patient coming in from out of town, only for the summer, I found the staff very helpful, friendly, and professional, in response to an urgent issue that arose for me. Dr. Rob Becker was especially cordial, thorough, and responsive to questions. The Cazenovia facility was convenient and comfortable. Overall, I was very pleased with the care I received. --RP

Saw Dr. Joe today for the 1st time. Was a great experience all around. Reception staff was very friendly and welcoming, eye assistant was very helpful and explained everything to me when I had questions, and Dr. Joe was great. He was extremely personable, addressed all of my concerns, and helped guide me to what would work best for me. Thank You!
