Bill in the Optical Dept is fantastic. He is so knowledgeable & explains everything patiently and calmly. I never felt rushed (I did have an appointment) and after trying on every frame in the dept, four family members were thrilled with their glasses and sunglasses purchases.
Amanda in the Contact Lens Dept is also knowledgeable, responsive and efficient.
Thanks to the optical team for a great experience!

While I waited, what I considered a longer than normal time, that was okay because I was able to book an appointment the day of, because of an eye emergency I was dealing with that I knew no urgent care would be able to take care of. The atmosphere is nice and has some office plants. They offer eye protection for dilated eyes if you need it when you leave. Dr. Miller was the most reassuring doctor I’ve ever had in my short 23 years of life, and took time to explain things in the calmest voice and answered all my questions, for my unusual predicament. I visited the eyeglass part of the practice to get a new prescription of lenses put in new glasses. I believe it was Bill but it was the most professional and informative session I've ever had with glasses and reasonably priced.
