The staff are very friendly and Dr Geiss is the best at what he does, but it is a nightmare if you have a patient in a wheelchair. There is no accessible door, you have to hold the door open while trying to push the wheelchair through and push the wheelchair up a steep ramp. No elevator
I cannot thank Dr Geiss enough for saving my eye. This man is a rare breed who legitimately cares about what he is doing. After going to 3 other cornea specialists, Dr Geiss took the reigns and took care of my issue. His wife, his son, his dad and his staff have been absolutely amazing to my wife and I. Thank you to everyone there.
I don't normally write reviews but feel compelled. I had eye discomfort which lead me to Lenscrafters since I thought just a foreign object. However, Lenscrafters found otherwise and could not handle my situation. They referred me to Eye Associates of CNY who took me on same evening (beyond normal hours) to ensure I was set straight. They knew that otherwise their schedule would not fit me in, and situation potentially worsening. I was given a complete (and I mean complete) checkover as well as prescription to help the issue, which I trust will.
