They completed all the necessary work in a day. Came the second day to fix any loose ends and even ran a magnet through the yard to make sure no metal was left behind!! I would absolutely recommend Erie home. We will be completing other projects and will be using them!
Wonderful customer service and excellent work! They were patient, answered all of our questions, coming back several times to meet with different family members and answer their questions. They completed the entire job in one day including multiple stages of preparation, safety measures and clean up. The end result is beautiful and we’re very satisfied!
Be prepared to pay a high price. The sales team will make you feel like you’re getting a deal, but you’re really not. We thought we were getting product specific to Erie Home. We were wrong. We did not know until it was too late. Otherwise we would have looked into other options that would’ve been more cost-effective. 100% Our fault , not theirs, they did their job, they made a sale. We should have investigated further. In the long run it was the roofing crew that we were extremely happy with. The roofing crew did not speak English, but the young lady that was there in place of the site supervisor (Who was indisposed for the day) bridged that gap. Her and the whole... read full review
