The ophthalmologist here at this location is amazing. His personality is great. He Is very well experienced. The staff is amazing. Naz went to another store to make sure that the glasses that I wanted were secure. he definitely went above and beyond. The beautiful lady her name starts with an S , but she’s been there for a while. Her personality is amazing and she’s always very helpful. I love the staff here at the shop city location. 10 out of 10!! would definitely recommend.

The ophthalmologist is very personable and overall always enjoy my experience at this location. The staff is amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure that I got the pair of glasses that I really wanted. Naz went to another Location to ensure I got the glasses I really wanted he went above and beyond and I appreciate that as a customer. Shakila I think I spelled her name wrong, but she also goes above and beyond to make sure that you’re satisfied and her personality is amazing as well. This location is definitely 10 out of 10 would recommend..

The shop city vision works is absolutely the best. The dr is so outgoing friendly and entertaining. Best place to get your eye care needs taken care of. The staff all together were the best. Never will I go to visionworks on Erie blvd again they are the worst. Always choose shop city visionworks for all your eye care.

The Jamaica lady work there always has attitude and rude! Will never go back! Ive been dealing with this company for long time and different locations never had I had issue til I come here I try to brush it off but last straw was pointing a stylist at me and tell me "listen here" she gives company a bad reputation!
