Sam, and Dee were an absolute pleasure to talk to today. They guided me in the right direction after dealing with a chronic eye infection that has lasted me forever and has changed my quality of life. They are both absolute sweethearts and are extremely talented at what they do. They both truly care about their patients and do everything in their power to make sure that I was cared for. I had an excellent experience at Visionworks! The staff was professional and attentive from start to finish. There was little to no waiting, and the doctor assessed my vision accurately. The associates clearly explained all my options and recommended quality additional services without being pushy. Most importantly, they listened to what I wanted and took a personal interest in my situation. Thank you for making this a pleasant and stress-free experience—I highly recommend Visionworks!

I wish you offered a bigger selection of quality frames. Realizing it is typically busy in there, but this location needs a complete cleaning. The place looked dirty. The Associate Staff was very polite and courteous. Jaquan went out of his way to help me. The Dr. looked like he needed a nap. His personal hygiene/ appearance was not good. I remembered him once I saw him and his appearance hasn't improved. That might seem trivial, but he's in Healthcare, not an Auto repair shop.
