Dr. Steve Schwab is the greatest dentist on the planet. He has always been gentle while working on my teeth and guided me through the process of some of the complex dental work we’ve done together. He is the only one I trust to work on my teeth!

After going to this dentist for over 10 years, for cleanings, x-rays, new crowns and fillings, I have permanently left. After calling for emergency appointment after my crown dislodged, leaving a sharp edged surface in my mouth, unable to eat, the receptionist casually said they were booked and I had to wait til the next day! Dentists always are available for emergencies with their patients, and they make room, even after hours. Not this dentist. Oh, I called a new dental practice and they said “come on over right now, your in discomfort “. Beware of this place, they really don’t care.

Best dentist hands down. Our family has been going for nearly 20 years. Dr Schwabb has raw talent and performs quality work. No unnecessary work suggested or performed. Not to mention a sparkling personality from all staff who’ve been there for years. Love this small family office and would recommend any day! 10 stars ⭐️

I saw Dr. Schwab for the first time today & I can not speak highly enough about this practice. Everyone was so incredibly nice and helpful. I loved the positive atmosphere. Its so refreshing to be encouraged rather than told all the things you're doing wrong. They were beyond amazing. Dr. Schwab is so friendly & warm. His assistant is lovely. The girls up front are so helpful & kind. The hygienist I saw was wonderful. She was gentle on my teeth & completed my cleaning much more quickly than I expected. Everything ran like clock work. I love the location. Its so convenient for those of us that live near Tipp Hill or work near downtown. I have an appointment for a filling in a couple weeks & I'm actually looking forward to going back... to the dentist! Can you believe it?! If you're looking for a welcoming atmosphere, great staff, and excellent dental care I highly recommend Dental Arts Group!

I have been going here for 30 years, since I was a small kid! Even when I left for college, I would schedule my cleanings on my breaks so I could get in. I have been seeing Dr. Schwab the entire time, he's probably nearing retirement now. The hygienists and receptionist have been there for many years, low employee turn over is always a good sign. The entire staff is friendly and professional. A few years ago they started submitting claims to insurance on your behalf, I like that. I'm not a huge fan of the location, it's in the, "badlands" of Syracuse. I still make the drive from the southern suburbs because I think Dr. Schwab is worth it. About a year ago I left central New York for Austin, Texas. My new dentist complimented Dr. Schwab's work on my multiple fillings. She said they looked tight, clean and professional. I have never had a filling crack or need to be replaced, the work speaks for itself. If you live in central New York and need a dentist, stop looking and call the Dental Arts Group, it's well worth the drive.
