We purchased a Lennox furnace & A/C unit from Cooney and it was installed on 08/27-08/28. From Ron in Sales, to Quinton, Matthew, Shaun & Brian in service, the installers were professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We replaced a 30-year old furnace and a 22-year old central A/C unit. Time will tell if we made a good decision with Lennox, but so far the staff at Cooney has been great! I am far from an easy customer to interact with, but all of the staff were up to the challenge and responded to all of my questions, concerns and requests knowledgeably and respectfully. A great team to work with that represented their company well.

Cooney was great….starting with Ron Stevens who came out and provided explanations and costs to replace my furnace & A/C (provided info for rebate/credit as well). I requested the “A” team to do the replacements and they didn’t disappoint! Quinton, Matt, Shaun and Jaron were professional, prompt, cared about protecting the inside of my home, friendly and educated me on the new system….made the whole process seamless and not stressful. Kayla in their office was also helpful and very personable to talk with. Thank you all so much!

We purchased a new central air conditioning system from Cooney and are extremely happy with the entire process! Ron in sales was very responsive, knowledgeable and easy to do business with. He did a great job of coordinating the sale and installation scheduling. Zachary and Marco installed the unit in 90 degree heat and never once complained. They were courteous, efficient and thorough and did a good job of explaining the system. The same can be said of Alex from the service team who diagnosed my 18 year old unit before I made the decision to replace it.
