From the moment enter, to check in for my appointment, I'm am greeted with politeness and care. The waiting area feels like a comfortable/stylish home enviornment. I have always been afraid of appointment to the Dentist but the Doctors and Staff here have made my dental visits extremely bearable and pleasant. There are Large TV screens in all patient rooms, also very calming music. Dr Chobor and all Hygienist are always very caring, gentle and perform their job well. If there is something out of their scope of practice they will refer you to other Dentist office that may take care your needs. Went for "deep cleaning", and general review, and am very pleased with the quality of my service. Dental hygienist gave me excellent service. More recently, routine cleanings and periodic examinations. Very pleased with my service. Dental Hygienist Helen and Dr.Austin are great! Thank you.

Absolutely love!!! This office is so clean and the staff is extremely friendly and wonderful! The got my children in for appts when I had been waiting for over a year with their last dental office. I am so thankful! Both my kids do not love the dentist, but said this was the best dentist!!! Thank you CNY Dental Arts!!!
