I have been extremely pleased with the service provided by Brophy Janitorial Services. AJ has been a true pleasure to work with. He is responsive, communicative, and always quick to address any questions or needs that arise.

In addition to our daily janitorial services, we have partnered with Brophy on several special projects, including carpet maintenance and floor waxing. The quality of work has consistently been excellent across all services. AJ's honesty, professionalism, and commitment to customer service are a breath of fresh air. Brophy services goes above just cleaning your office, they also strip and wax floors, wash windows and clean most anything with a special need. They are very receptive to your personal needs as a business and their turn around time in an emergency is very speedy.

I would highly recommend Brophy Services. After they cleaned our facility, we a had an issue with our bathrooms and brought it to their attention. Within an hour, Darin called us back, came out to our building and had a team back within 48 hours to fix the situation. If that isn't great customer service, I don't what is! We'll definitely hire them again.
