I am thrilled beyond words with the service from our first conversation to the handshake that sealed the deal. Amanda, Jim and their team were here this morning and just like a finely oiled machine they handled the install of my standby Generac Generator like the pro's that they are. Jim & Amanda took the time to explain everything to both of us during our initial phone call & meeting. Jim inspected our home, connections, and explained the size generator we needed and our purchasing options,, and then they fit us in the schedule right away. We are very happy with our Generac!
