I had a great overall experience with this locksmith! He was very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly what work he was doing and why one of our locks needed to be replaced when we weren't planning on replacing it. He also noticed we were missing the lock plate on a door and replaced it free of charge! Very professional. Wore covers on his boots to be considerate of our rugs. He did try to charge us more than I was originally quoted here but when I asked he quickly agreed to what we had discussed. Overall great experience! I would use them again.

I recently had some keypad locks installed in my house and working with syosset locks was fabulous. The customer service in booking the appointment was great as well as the technicians. The guy who they sent was courteous l, knowledgeable and professional. I ended up going back a week later and had them do a key fob for my Lexus. They not only beat the dealers pricing but they also did it within 45 minutes. I will definitely do business with them again.
