St John's Memorial Cemetery

My family, the Brown family, are buried here on the family plot my grandfather (named McCreary) purchased back in the late 1940s. I’ve been visiting there since I was a little kid in the mid 1960s. I have seen a lot of cemeteries around the country but this is one of the most beautiful and it is where I’ll be spending my days after I’m gone. My condolences also to the Papa family, so sorry for John’s loss several years ago. He managed the cemetery and was a fantastic guy.

Prettiest cemetery I’ve ever been to and huge! It’s a beautiful and peaceful resting place carved into the hills of the North shore. You definitely need some good shoes to go down the older paths, but it’s worth it.
