I would like to highly recommend Sandy’s Shoe Repair in Syosset, NY. I brought in a favorite handbag with a tear in the strap. Not wanting to toss this loved bag, I brought it to Sandy’s Shoe Repair. The kind and patient owner explained what needed to be done to make the repair. He found a great color match and did a wonderful job. He explained proper care of these types of handbags as well. True to his word, he had found the replacement strap and he made the repair in the amount of time I was initially told it would take. Sandys shoe repair did an amazing job fixing 2 pairs of sandal's that I have. Luis was a pleasure to work with and provided excellent quality. His timing was exact to when they’d be ready and he walked me through everything he planned to do. I highly recommend Sandys shoe repair and I will continue to use their services for any shoe or leather repair needed in the future.
