Brought in my shoes to get bottom repaired as it had worn out. He sanded down the rubber that is the bottom and replaced with a flat piece of rubber. After I tried wearing them I realized he sanded down too much and now the heel is too low and I can’t wear them. Brought them back and he never remembered me claimed he didn’t sand down bottom and put on the current sole and that was the way it came from the factory. He wanted me to pay to fix whilst he already ruined. So I paid him $85 to ruin a $250 pair of shoes. NEVER GO HERE!

Don’t use this place. My husband was trying to do something nice for me getting my favorite bag’s strap fixed. He payed additional to get it cleaned too. The strap was replaced but with a color that wasn’t even close to it. I never expected it to be the same. But this was done so poorly. In addition, the extra charge was to get it cleaned. The interior was still dirty . This is an office bag that just needed some care. When I called him about it he made me bring it to him just to tell me that there was an additional charge for it. Stay away from this place or don’t have high expectations from this place.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Brought my very expensive heels in to tighten the strap. PLACED yellow and black glue on the CLEAR heels. Also never worn and returned with my heel cracked. When confronted told me he will not do anything not even file the glue off the heel and refused to even give me my money back. DO NOT RECOMMEND
