This company is very professional in all aspects of my experience. I had a white shag rug that needed cleaning but I didn’t realize how badly. Morgan explained problems and kept in touch and the end result was very satisfactory. Delivery men were cordial and careful and did a great job placing carpet under bed. Extra touch— they wore booties in my home. Haven’t seen that lately!

Very professional service. I had a rug that needed trimming. Laura explained the process and the rug was perfect. The delivery guys were true professionals. One of the few times I had delivery men who didn’t make me nervous that they would bash up my walls or furniture. Highly recommend.

On time. Very “buttoned up.” Rugs always nice and clean and repairs always taken care of. Don’t know of a better cleaning service.
