A great workout for entire body. Personal trainers are terrific!I highly recommend for all ages! Extremely efficient and effective workout. Don't waste hours and hours in other gyms with an increase risk of injury.

Almost 52 and in the best shape of my life, thanks to the fantastic trainers at Loyalty Fitness! They are knowledgeable, fun to work with, and extremely supportive in helping you reach your personal fitness goals. The facility is clean, the hours are flexible to work with my schedule, and my sessions always start on time. Whether you are a beginner or experienced with resistance training, I highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough good things about Loyalty Fitness! I’m so, so glad I’ve joined. I’ve not only noticed differences in my strength and muscle tone, but I enjoy the workouts and the super slow method! And most of all, the workout is so doable and easy to fit into your schedule. 30 minutes, twice a week. And I live the 1:1 personalized attention. I’ve struggled with so many other exercise regimens, but I’m sticking with this. I can’t recommend it highly enough! It's been 8 months now and I'm still going strong!

I have played sports all my life so I was used to the idea of long hours in a gym doing rep after rep to reach muscle fatigue. I was extremely impressed to see a workout program that worked your entire body in such a short period of time in a safe way and still able to gain results quickly. Mindy and her staff are also very knowledgeable, friendly and never make you feel uncomfortable, so whether your level of training is beginner or advanced they will gear your workout to fit your needs and answer any questions you have.

I was extremely impressed to see a workout program that worked your entire body in such a short period of time in a safe way and still able to gain results quickly. This year I am grateful for LF, Mindy and her team, especially my trainer Lisa. I ❤️ my trainer so much! I am in CA and have been doing virtual personal training sessions. Lisa keeps my workouts short and sweet and packed with power! She pays attention to my form and makes sure I'm not going to hurt myself. As a beginner with hand weights and as someone who always just did cardio, I was nervous (I’m also super lazy) but now I look forward to my training time and I even started doing some things at home on my own. Lisa also has me looking forward to getting stronger and I can't wait to use the new larger kettle bell I got as an early Christmas present ? ! If you’re lazy like me and you’d rather do anything else than work out, try LF, they will have you excited about your fitness in no-time.
