The personal trainers, like Andrew R, are also highly praised for their professionalism and ability to help members achieve their fitness goals.

She was incredibly helpful and welcoming—she took the time to show me around the facilities and made me feel comfortable in what can sometimes be an intimidating environment for an older woman. Aisha eased my worries and connected me with trainers and staff who were a great fit for my needs. I also appreciate that she checks in with me whenever we cross paths—it really makes me feel valued. The gym itself is always clean, and the people there are friendly and supportive.
