My overall experience with Lifetime has been a pleasant one. Although I have been met with opposition regarding guests policies and billing issues. Certain employees have made my experience well worth a couple of bad apples. The employees that I believe deserve recognition are Amanda, Brett, & Keith. I used to come during the day but there is a huge difference in experience when it comes to the night crew. I considered leaving the gym but coming in and having a team that treats you as one of their own is second to none. Best experience signing up for a gym. Came to the gym and Aisha signed me up within a matter of minutes. Would definitely recommend getting assisted with Aisha if you’re interested in joining.
