If I could give the place ZERO stars I would. I have been coming here for about a year and this last service was the last straw. To begin I have tried facials, tinted and waxed eye brows, and eyelash services and hav experience issues with every single service. When I received a facial, she stopped midway to service another client, leaving the treatment on way too long. My face has left with first degree burns. When getting tinted brows they only lasted about 3 days when she promised it would last two weeks. Always pressuring to give a tip when you are not satisfied with a service. Lovely lady. Been coming here for over 5 months. Been to over a dozen places for eye brows and all of them have no idea what they are doing, they make it painful or rush to get you out and I come out feeling like I wasted my money. I have thick and unruly eye brows. She not only takes her time but actually does a good job with threading and fixes your eyebrows without any pain.Thank you!!

If I left with cuts on my eyelids after threading, I don't think I would go back. Is that fair? It's a tiny place where they also do mani-pedi. I don't think I would do my mani-pedi there either. The setup looks vintage and not too sanitary.
