I will preface this review that i am a cash patient. I do not have dental insurance. I was a patient of ramapo dental for a few years, and never really had a bad experience, per se. The dentists were good. The staff was cordial. All good. Perhaps 4 star worthy. All until I called to inform them that I will take care of dental work ONE TIME at a different dentist, as i chose to see a holistic dentist for that particular issue. The receptionist blew up at me, using every word I told her to turn it back to me, as if that would convince me to do the work at their dentist. She even said that 'the dentist might not want to take you back!', because i dared to pay elsewhere... read full review

Horrible! All around horrible! Low end dentists are 100 x better, in fact any dentist is better

They rush you through everything. The doctor barely took anytime what so ever with me. Also it seemed like the doctor didn't know what she was talking about or she was talking so fast about my teeth that I couldn't keep up, but had the time to ask me if I saw anything after I died... very unprofessional.
