I got a superb haircut today at Family Barber Shop and Salon! Very friendly staff and the young man who cut my hair did a perfect job! I recommend this establishment!

Horrible PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE SHOP... I came in waited 20 minutes for someone to come cut my hair. I asked for a low-fade 2 inches on the side and keep the top as is and he said "okay". He then proceeds to start by shaving the lower part of my hair completely off to the SKIN. Then he poorly faded my hair and did it very unevenly. It was SO bad the barber next to him started to laugh and he had to help him fix it. He also starts to take a scissor to my hair even when I SPECIFICALLY asked him to not touch the top of my hair. Of course he did not listen. I don't think my cut was that hard and he managed to make it look so terrible I ill be wearing a hat and hoodie til it grows back. Why would they let a barber that doesn't know what he is doing cut peoples hair. DO NOT come here if you want a decent hair cut -100/10 :/ ALSO WAS NOT WORTH $25 I get cuts 10x better from places that charge half the price. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT KNO WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!!!Service: Haircut

Slow service, Barbers literally learning how to cut hair while giving a haircut. Can't listen to directions and messed up my hair. HORRENDOUS ESTABLISHMENT. I will be buzzing my hair to get rid of this shameful cut.Services: Haircut
