“Joe, from Roberts Electrical Services, is a true professional. He took my call on a holiday and went above and beyond to ensure my power was restored. He made several trips to my home while the parts were on order to ensure my electricity and heat were running. “Today I had Rockland Electric out to my house for my third job. The first job was an installation of an EV Charger and the second was for electrical work for a mini-split system. The guys did great work. They were on time, professional and did great work. The pricing was fair and completely transparent.

Today's work was an emergency call. Half my house lost power. I called up and explained the situation and that I was also without heat because I had no power to turn on the boiler. John was very sympathetic but explained that he was sorry but they were completely booked already with other emergency work. They simply did not have anyone to send. He did offer a guaranteed appointment the following day and even provided a referral to another electrician since I had no heat.

About an hour later, John called back and said he had someone in the area who he could free up and send over from another job. About twenty minutes later I had someone there. They quickly determined that the outside line was damaged and explained it was O&R's line, how to get O&R out and that O&R would fix it for free. Rockland Electric didn't even charge for a service call.

Count me as a loyal client!. Thanks to John, Sean, Michael and the whole crew at Rockland Electric for all the great work.
