The worst customer service I have ever encountered . After paying the company a spring maintenance fee our water feature stopped working within a couple weeks. I couldn’t even get a technician on the phone to help troubleshoot. The secretary Tina was rude and not helpful, saying the team was “too busy” to even give me a phone call. The previous owners of the house used this company for over 20 years and this is how they treat their loyal customers, completely unprofessional.We ended up going with a new company that had a technician out right away, they figured out the problem with our feature and was able to fix it that day.
