“This was a perfect first experience at this dentist from the moment we walked in as we were greeted so nicely by Betsy the receptionist . She was extremely nice and told us we already completed everything online so there was no need to fill out a bunch of paperwork. My wife and I were seen quickly by the assistant for fast xrays then Dr. Alvarez came right in to actually do the cleaning herself, unlike most other dental offices we have been to. The cleaning was painless as we both have very sensitive teeth. Nothing was pushed on us and we felt treated as if we have known them for years. Could give 10 stars if we could.“

“I can't thank Dr. Gruffi and his team enough. I had a severe toothache on Erev Shabbos and was in a lot of pain. Even though they were about to close for the day, they fit me in as an emergency patient and treated me with incredible kindness and patience.

Dr. Gruffi took the time to explain everything, started my root canal, and made sure I was comfortable before I left. Even though I wasn't a regular patient and he doesn't accept my insurance, he charged a very fair price and truly cared about helping me—not taking advantage of the situation.

Thanks to him, I was able to enjoy Shabbos with my family instead of spending it in agony. I highly recommend Dr. Gruffi to anyone looking for an honest, compassionate, and highly skilled dentist. Thank you again!“
