Dr.Guo is best Dr. I ever seen in my life,I been to many Doctors before in long island but in vein,Dr.Guo is very professional,intelligent and experienced Dr,he did some tests prior to diagnose and doing my treatment after diagnosis, he believes to find root cause prior to do any treatment.I feel 80% relief from dizziness in just two visits what I had continuously from few months.if you need better treatment and have some patience than its 100% right place for you guys.This place is little busy because a lot of patients but remember if you get relief with little patience its worth a billion.

My MRI was clear but i had vertigo episodes was coming from neck nerves, other doctors told me its nothing but Dr Guo treated me n now its 8 years i m good, staff is very good, specially the lady in the reception. Just remember when u go there when you are in pain, have some patience and wait for right time, its not magic that people get relief in minutes its take time i just edited my review today to say him thanks again. He is not only doctor he is real angel in form of good doctor. Thank you and God bless you, you are in my prayers always. You helped me come to normal life n i cant say enough thank you for this.

I went to Dr. Michael Guo because I was in pain. My back was so painful, the pain radiated from my hips all the way down my leg. Dr. Guo gave me shots to my back. I can honestly say when I got dressed n walked to front desk, my pain was gone. I am thankful for my treatment. I know I can sleep tonight. The 23rd of May began my situation n I finally found the right doctor to treat me.

Bad customer service. Nobody informs you on what you are being tested for. They rush you in and out of the office. Don’t recommend.

Appointments on time. Dr. Guo is very pleasant and thorough. His receptionist is pleasant too. He understood my problem and provided the proper tests. His diagnosis and treatment was spot on. After seeing other neurologists and having migraines for 6 months, he was the only one to help me. I highly recommend him.

Worst incompetent doctor ever. No wonder why CityMD said he accepts all patients all insurance including same day walk ins. So many imagings, so many unnecessary tests for no reasons which they said only can be done in his office only. Thank God my sister's friend is a doctor. Got a second opinion from another place where they told me those are unnecessary.. it's all about money and It's very sad how those people make already ill patients go through such unnecessary procedures just for money!!!

Horrible services 1st visit $250 Payment due to Insurance Deductible was not met. I was sent to do 2 MRIs 2 X-rays and tons of blood tests After all, Dr wanted to do a Neurology test in the Office I was asked to pay $1000 out of pocket.

I did all the testing he ordered me to do I waited 4 weeks for any results I called 3 times asking to see if I had to go see the Dr to know all the results receptionist always says Dr will call u soon
4th time I called the receptionist lady replied saying you have not done the neurologist test with the Dr there is not a complete diagnosis.

In the top reception lady says all your testing are normal.

In conclusion, it cost me $645 out of my pocket in just co-payments and bills from Labs and MRI lab.

Horrible Services Dr. Guo is an irresponsible person who does not care about patients.

The receptionist who runs the office of Dr. Guo needs to be ashamed of providing services To people who are seeking to see an honest Dr.

I cannot recommend Dr. Guo enough. I dealt with horrible neck, arm and leg pain from an injury for 10 months. I ended up seeing all different doctors who could not find anything that worked for me. Dr. Guo listened to everything I had to say, did a thorough workup and came up with an answer and treatment plan. I immediately felt relief of all of my symptoms - he knew exactly how to treat me. He takes his time in the room with you - talking, listening and is just so friendly. Office staff is amazing as well - super friendly and always answers my questions over the phone when I call. Very easy to schedule an appointment and never a long wait time. I highly recommend Dr. Guo - he is the only one who gave me my pain free life back!

My family has a history of migraine. In the past few years, it has gotten unbearably bad for me, where I am suffering between 5 to 7 days a week. Dr. Micheal Guo has given me my life back. Between the extreme dizziness, nauseousness, and the extreme pressure in my head, medications didn’t help, it only made me more nauseous, and the dizziness and pressure made it so difficult to do anything. I became depressed because I was waking up every morning feeling so very sick. And the anxiety to leave my house or make plans increased to a high level not knowing when a “severe” migraine attack would occur. I am blessed to have ended up in Dr. Guo’s office. He is an excellent listener and makes you feel comfortable. You can ask questions and no question is too dumb. You are brought quickly into the exam room, and never made to wait long. The receptionist is extremely friendly and helpful and great at explaining information as well. After finding nothing specifically wrong with me, he told me not too worry. In the end, I am still at the care of Dr. Guo and have received a nerve blocker to control the migraine attacks stemming from my neck. And I am doing acupuncture as well. I have gotten my life back. I feel blessed and happy again. My problem was taken seriously and I was treated with respect. I went to Dr. Guo because he was highly recommended to me. And now I highly recommend him as well! After 2 visits to Dr Guo, I'm very confident I have found the right doctor...He is very thorough & a very nice man. His staff is very friendly & accommodating. Much worth the ride to his office when I could have gone to another closer Neuro.
