This office location is fantastic. Staff is extremely warm and kind.I never felt rushed off the phone or in person at my appointment. Everyone is very patient and I would highly recommend this doctor's office!

If you have any reservation about getting your blood work, let me tell you that my experience with Erica at Natera has been the best of my pregnancy so far! This is how every medical office should make patients feel! There is a welcoming embrace from the moment you open the door and are greeted by Erica. She addressed every concern I had, made sure I understood what the tests were for, gave me pamphlets for my husband, and offered her assistance should I have any issues. I am SO impressed by her care & professionalism.

I usually dread walk-in type of blood work appointments, from my experience it’s always such a long wait and everyone who works there is usually miserable! That was the furthest thing from my experience at Natera Stony Brook! Erica did all of my intake information and did my blood work, she has such a great system, for a one woman show, she didn’t miss a beat! I was in and out within 10 minutes and she was the sweetest, most supportive phlebotomist I’ve ever dealt with!A really great experience from start to finish!
