From the moment i walked in Carissa treated me with such warmth and sensitivity she could tell right away something was off.
She took the time to speak with me ,reassure me, and make sure I felt as comfortable as possible. It wasn’t just about doing her job, It was clear that she genuinely cared about how I was feeling, both physically and emotionally. Yesterday I went and had three tests done, I’m usually a nervous wreck when it comes to needles and blood but the young woman Carissa was absolutely great we chatted and I was distracted the entire time quick and painless and she’s probably the first person who hasn’t left a huge bruise on my arm. The stonybrook location was easy to find, very clean and Carissa was great usually I find when going into a lab they are very rushed or kind of grumpy but that was not the case here I was greeted by a smile and a warm hello and no wait time at all I highly suggest everyone go here
I am updating my review. I had been waiting for a call back regarding the bill for a test. Customer service escalated request twice in 10 days and no one had called me back. I posted a review here and Natalie with Natera responded with her email address asking I reach out to her. She was able to answer my questions about my bill and sent me a copy so I could pay it. THANK YOU!
