When I called ahead, the lady on the phone was incredibly sweet, which made me excited to give this place a try. However, once I arrived, the atmosphere completely changed—I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a welcomed customer.
I got both a manicure and a pedicure, which came out to $130. For that price, I expected a much better experience. The water for my pedicure was cold, and the towels were only lukewarm. I've been going to this place for years and cant speak about the authenticity of some of the bad reviews/experiences but I've never had a problem with service or bad results. Calling ahead and scheduling an appointment definitely helps. One time my nail cracked (my fault) but I called them up and they fixed it up for me for free.

Brought my wife and family here and we had a very good experience. The staff were very knowledgeable and learned that Lin has over 25 years of experience in this space. Wife had a manicure whilst me and my kids had some nice foot massages and pedicures.
