I really underestimated how far the technician will go for me to fix a unique computer issue.
At first I was frustrated for how long the process took. Over a month. But after receiving laptop again and having it fixed, the technician explained to me that the computer parts needed to fix my computer was rare in the market and had to look into it really hard to find the right part. Can't appreciate is hard work enough.

My computer crashed I was able to leave it in 2 days it was repaired after I brought it home I followed the instructions they gave me and I was able to restore all my favorites they were very patient with me

This is a great place with great services. Took my older computer in because of problems. They did a full assessment and concluded that it was fine, but windows was causing glitches. They were so helpful in explaining things to me. They did not charge me. I will definitely go there again and highly recommend the to others.
