I purchased eyelash serum and soon after not using it anymore my natural lashes started to fall out. The owner once again had no interest in helping me. She told me to go to the store and fix the issue myself. The owner Whitney has no interest in helping customers who don't flash there money in peoples face. Whitney also doesn't care about clients that have medical issues and physically can't fix the job she was hired to do themselves. Which is why you spent the money in the first place for someone else to do it for you. She finds other peoples misfortunes fun and will laugh in your face when its brought to her attention. Ladies! Don't walk, RUN over to Whitney in the City studio. I couldn't be more thankful that I was referred to her. Prior to seeing her I was getting lashed by a local salon and the difference in her technique, placement and lash quality was apparent from the first appointment. Whitney is SO detail oriented, she never rushes an appointment, she's gentle and gets it perfect every. single.time!!! Her salon uses the most luxurious Borboleta lashes. Whitney is truly the best! I went to her house twice for a lash lift and I left more than satisfied each time. First off she's the sweetest thing, she is so easy to talk to and will chat with you to make your 1.5 hour session go by so quick. Second she is AMAZING at what she does. The last lift she said would last from 4-6 weeks.. my eyelashes were lifted for almost 8 weeks!! Not only did the lift make my eyes pop but it made me look like a whole new person. It's been awhile since I got my last one (waiting for the hot weather to look good again) but I can't wait to make another appointment with her.
