The eye doctor had a great bedside manner, she was very thorough . My husband and I did not have to wait to be seen at all. The service is great , I have been recommending this location to everyone I know .

I am very thankful to the specialists in Vision World who were able to match a side part of a frame to my broken frame and stick it to it, so I can now wear my glasses. Nobody else agreed to try that.

I've been a customer of this establishment since they were open in the "old" K-Mart shopping plaza on Richmond Avenue (where Golden's used to be - remember them?) and their customer etiquette has never changed, always steadfast. You can take all the time you want to get a correct fitting, nice looking frame, proper eye examination to ensure the correct lenses are made for you AND unlimited free "adjustments" whenever necessary. Included with each eyeglass is a complementary cleaning cloth and hard or soft eyeglass case. The owner / operator of this establishment (and the help) are all top-notch and a breath of fresh air from the Staten Island Mall eyeglass facilities...read full review
