Artie is not only a top tier barber but also one of the most genuine business owners on Staten Island. He runs a clean and professional shop and will always go above and beyond for his clients. I went here for the first time. Masha colored and cut my hair. I really loved the way it came out. I will definitely return. The place was really clean and im really happy it was recommended to me.
