Super Heating & Air Conditioning Repairs

Today is the second time I have used this business. The earlier review below was for my AC system. This morning my heating system needed service.Literally everything I wrote in the earlier review below is also true for today. What I forgot to mention last time, but it was true then and it is now, is honesty. Ronnie explained the problems clearly, and I am reasonably technical and handy, so I know they were accurate. He explained what the cost would be depending on which problem it turned out to be. After testing and completing the first repair, everything was working properly. Last night our furnace decide not to heat up the house on a cold day in mid January in NY. We called in the morning and we were given a one hour window time appointment for the very same day. Ronnie came exactly when he said he would with his tools and his mask on. He immediately got to work and found what the problem was. He quoted me a fair price and in no time he was finished. He explained and showed me exactly what the problem was. Everything he said made absolute sense. He was very friendly and professional. We will definitely be calling him again whenever we have issues with our heating and cooling system.
