Staten Island Wellness Center has proven by far to be one of the best chiropractic/wellness center on the Island . Dr Steven Guagliardo is a great listener and his recommendations are always spot on.. He interacts with all of his patients as he calls everyone by first names .. Best doctor ,and a phenomenal staff,.

This is my first time going to a chiropractor for pain in my neck and back that I've been living with for many years. I've been going for a little over a month and have noticed less pain and more mobility in these areas. Dr. Steve and his staff are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I look forward to continuing treatment. Would highly recommend.

Within minutes of being examined by Dr. Steve, he diagnosed my pain as being referred from my neck. Within two weeks of treatment and shockwave therapy, I'm virtually pain free and back to the gym! Not only is he an awesome doctor, he's a great guy. I highly recommend!
