I am dentist and I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. My sleep medicine doctor suggested that I have a colleague make a dental appliance.
I know many dentists. For me, Dr. Pearson was the obvious choice. Dr. Mel has decades of experience as an orthodontist and has expanded his practice and his education to treat sleep apnea patients.
My consultation appointment was very thorough. Accurate impressions were made and a well-fitting comfortable appliance was delivered to me at a second appointment.
My snoring is gone, my nighttime breathing has improved.

Hi, my name is Evelyn Cuevas and I wanted to provide a follow-up regarding my new Sleep Apnea mouthpiece. Dr. Mel Pearson had it custom made for me with an imprint of my teeth. Simple and no pain at all. I have had this appliance for 6 months now. I must say that I have been having a more silent and better sleeping experience ever since. My husband is just as happy with it as I am because now he seldom hears me snore and he is able to sleep better too. It is comfortable to use every night, simple to sanitize and easy to take in my cosmetic bag when I go on vacations.
