Pam’s Traction Wall yoga class alone is well worth the short trip to Staten Island. The class is a great way to experience yoga with the added support / leverage of wall straps, making it both easier and more effective. Pam is a graceful teacher —encouraging and effective, with zero intimidation for beginners. Highly recommended.

I just finished my new student package. What a gem of a find Shakti Yoga is !!! I have take wall yoga and the barre classes. Excellent quality! Great instruction. Rivals any studio you would find in Manhattan

This Yoga studio is the best I have experienced. I started here years ago and the founders class, Pamala Flynn, changed my life helping to cultivate calm, presence, peace, and health. Currently there are a number of gentle and basic classes for those looking to start a practice or for those older folks looking to return to practice. The new instructors have different styles but all are excellent and knowledgable.
