The Service Master crew was terrific; Bertha, Ron and the other members were incredibly professional, efficient, considerate and seemed to genuinely care about their work. Super job, and we're so relieved that they were able to save our carpet, dry out the whole basement, and stay in touch throughout the process.
This is a class act business to deal with. Everything from the communication, respectful, courteous and timeliness was first class. I had water damage in my basement and these guys were meticulous and determined to get my basement back up to a safe living condition for myself and my family. Can’t say enough great things about Sevicemaster.
We had a leak in our 2nd floor bathroom which lead to damage in our first floor bathroom. We are now in the process of getting things fixed through Service Master. Ronnie Garcia has been extremely helpful with this process. He has taken his time trough text messages and came to our house to explain the process. We highly recommend using Service Master.
