    Customer service is only for those inquiring about purchasing a unit. Essentially a Turbo broker, I've had horrible Customer service, and multiple ignored emails from both myself and the shop I used for installation. Calls answered with little to no customer service skills. Avoid a headache and your vehicle being at the shop for 4-8 weeks due to poor communication. The tune that was provided was off and they did not care about it, they are only interested in the sales.

    6 days past my one year mark, one of my Toyota V6 High Performance Coil Packs - 2010-2021 4.0L V6 4Runner went bad. The mechanic says that these Coil Packs aren't for my 2019 4Runner. I thought I was doing an upgrade, but all I ended up doing was paying to have them installed, and paying to have the OEM one's put back in, not included the price of the RIPP Coils. I'm so disappointed.*Update*Ripp Superchargers extended my warranty and sent me new Coil Packs at no charge. Chris C, the Sales Manager took great care of me. I really appreciate his swift action.

    The Italian engineering of the Superchargers is second to none while the components quality made an industry standard. I wouldn't have no other in my Jeepâť—ps: exhaust is highly toxic, cops may sue for poisoning or inhaling it, or they may get a high. ? Pls drive responsibly.
