Wonderful customer service. The guy in charge is really nice and listens to what you need. The manicurist Ping did a wonderful job and was always careful not to hurt me or cause me pain (I needed to remove my gel nails) Prices are reasonable and they maintain safe distance all the time. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because they didn't check my temperature with a digital temperature scanner when I arrived. I think all salons should do that given the current circumstances. Other than that, they are doing a really good job.

This nail salon moved across the street to 1671 Richmond Road and got a major upgrade! The ambiance is much different and so nice. The owner Ben and Ilene are just wonderful and are always willing to work with me to get me scheduled depending on my availability. I've been coming to this salon for 5+ years and I just love it. Prices are reasonable and they deliver! I go to Jenny for my nails and Cindy for my pedicure. Those ladies always leave me feeling 10x better than when I walked in! If you're looking for a great nail salon or are just in the area, I definitely suggest stopping by (make appointment first since COVID).

Everyone here is so sweet and their pedicures are the best. I came here on 7/6 since today is the first day of their nail salon reopening and I was one of the first ones to go in. The safety precautions that they took and the barriers that they made are so clever and I feel safe when I’m in their salon.
