We recently completed a full renovation with RAF General Contracting for our apartment on Central Park West. They did an excellent job and the work was done in a timely and professional manner. This is a very old apartment that needed lots of work and our building management has rigorous requirements on the qualification of the company we hire.From the beginning, the owner Nick walked me through the process and offered a feasible and practical plan according to our budget. Through the course of the project, they displayed their top-notch workmanship and quality work in every detail. They kept everything on track and they are so pleasant to work with. All the crews are professional and courteous. Most importantly, they are very dependable and trustworthy. It is hard to find in this line of business. We were not in New York during the renovation but Nick and RI or kept us in the loop every step of the way. We really appreciate the job that was done at our apartment. Working with Nick the owner of the company and his crew was a great experience with amazing results in the bathroom renovation at our Co-Op.They were very professional, detailed oriented, following up with all the strict Co-Op requirements regarding renovations, explaining every step of the process, always on time.When there was an issue with the renovation, Nick came up with a solution and solved the issue with the utmost professional and pleasing outcome. This is a very positive review so it risks sounding fake, but it is not! I randomly reached out to a bunch of contractors on Yelp to plug a hole/reinstall a wall of tiles for my shower within short notice. - RAF Contractors were the ones that stood out since they responded quickly, gave a clear, fair quote and were in touch with me on text, phone and email as needed to land on scheduling and materials. - They filled out all my annoying co-op paperwork faster than anyone has before - They had all the right materials, arrived perfectly on time, were super friendly and easy to talk to, did the job quietly and quickly, and it looks perfect. - Plus: They offered me a coffee, were cool with my large doggy, and worked very self-sufficiently. I worked from home all day alone and felt super comfy with these 2 strangers in my homes while I had meetings all day, tbh.
