In my experience:Pros- they seem to take covid safety very seriously- in-house bloodwork, EKG, etc. (This should be standard everywhere)- relatively short wait timesCons- Boguslavskaya (probably, she has never introduced herself). Whenever I've come in over the years, she's always seemed to be there, and I have never had a good experience with her. I have found her to be extremely condescending, unaware of recent research trends, distrusting, and altogether uninterested in building rapport. She would also do bloodwork even when it was completely unnecessary, and would not take "No" for an answer. Dr. Paikin (Staten Island office) has been our most trusted physician for years: patient and compassionate. He has thorough medical knowledge, but is less aggressive than many younger American doctors.The new appointment system is a big improvement over the bad old walk-in days, when you could wait for hours.
